What we collect, and why.
Spinta Health is a prelaunch company. This notice covers the only personal information the public site collects: the details you submit to join the founding-cohort waitlist.
What we collect
When you join the founding-cohort waitlist we collect your email address, the interest category you select (prospective participant, clinician or researcher, or diagnostic partner), the page the request came from, a timestamp, and a version identifier for the notice shown to you at the time of signup. We do not collect health information through this form. Please do not send medical details by email.
Why we collect it
We use your email address for one purpose: to contact you about the Spinta Health founding cohort, including eligibility and enrollment details when they become available. Your interest category helps us route your message appropriately. We do not add waitlist signups to unrelated marketing lists, and we do not sell your information.
Where it is stored
Waitlist entries are stored in a managed Postgres database operated by Neon, and this site is hosted on Vercel. Both providers process the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Access is limited to the people who need it to operate the waitlist.
Whether it is shared
We do not share your waitlist information with third parties other than the infrastructure providers described above. If that ever changes, we will update this notice and, where required, contact you before the change takes effect.
How to request deletion
You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry at any time, and we will remove it. Send your request from the address you signed up with so we can locate the correct record. You may also ask us what we hold about you.
No patient-provider relationship
Joining the waitlist does not create a patient-provider relationship, does not enroll you in a clinical program, and is not medical advice. Spinta Health is in development and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding screening and care decisions.
